At Becom Wood Pellets, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear return and refund process as outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Firewood or pellet bags that have been opened
  • Bulk or trailer-load orders once delivered
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.

Shipping fees and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
