Our head office is located in Thornloe, Ontario, with additional operational facilities in:

- Kelowna, British Columbia
To improve delivery efficiency and reduce transit times, orders are shipped from the facility closest to the customer’s delivery address whenever possible. This allows us to provide faster service and maintain reliable product availability for customers nationwide.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Bulk orders or trailer-load shipments may require additional scheduling time depending on availability and freight coordination.
Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been processed and scheduled for shipment.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the order size and delivery location, we use a variety of shipping methods including:

Becom Wood Pellets is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs

Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location:
- Is accessible for freight trucks or delivery vehicles
- Has adequate space for unloading pallets or bulk shipments
If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, additional delivery or handling charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available once the order has been shipped.
For certain freight shipments where tracking may not be available, delivery scheduling will be coordinated directly with the freight carrier.
